As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or email address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Sites. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company's internet servers. Member Privacy Protection

The Company maintains the highest standards of confidentiality regarding all member and client information. We implement comprehensive measures to protect:
Personal Identity Protection: Member names, contact information, and participation in programs are kept strictly confidential. We do not share member lists, participation records, or individual progress information with any third parties except as required by law.
Content Confidentiality: All content shared by members in private Facebook groups, coaching sessions, live calls, and written communications is treated as confidential information. The Company maintains strict policies regarding the protection of member-generated content and personal sharing.
Professional Boundaries: While Scott Austin Martin is a Licensed Professional Counselor, all AMP services are educational and coaching-based, not therapeutic. However, the same standards of confidentiality that apply to professional counseling relationships are maintained for all member interactions and information.

Community Confidentiality Standards

All members of AMP communities agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other members' participation and shared information. This includes agreements not to:
Share screenshots or recordings of private group content
Discuss other members' personal information outside the community
Use member information for any commercial or personal purposes
Breach the trust and safety of the community environment
Violations of community confidentiality standards result in immediate removal from all programs and communities without refund.

DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES

Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our company and products. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings as provided below.
The Company may share information with business and promotional partners only in aggregated, non-personally identifiable formats for the purpose of improving our services and understanding our audience better.

Required Disclosures

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Company recognizes the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 16 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 16 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITES OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 16 or younger has signed up on the Sites or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child's identifiable information from our records.
